Endurance is your body's ability to keep going without getting too tired. We build endurance through activities like running, jumping, and nonstop movement games that keep your heart pumping. The stronger your endurance, the longer you can play, practice, and have fun without needing a break.

Strength training helps make your muscles stronger so your body can move safely and powerfully. We use bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups, and planks to build strength in a fun and safe way. Getting stronger helps with everything, from sports performace to everyday activities.

Speed & agility are all about moving your body quickly and changing direction with control. In our classes, we practice fast feet, quick turns, and drills like ladder runs and cone games. These skills help you react faster in sports, improve coordination, and feel.more confident when you move.

Our shakes contain a good amount of protein, which is essential for muscle repair and growth.
Additionally, they are portable and easy to consume on the go, making them a convenient option for post-workout recovery or as a snack between meals.
